How Teeth Whitening Could Wipe The Smile Back On To Your Face

Let me tell you a quick story about a friend of mine called Bill who recently went to visit a dentist. Paddington has quite a few dentists, and he decided to visit one in particular because they offered teeth whitening. London seems to have been full of adverts lately suggesting we all whiten our teeth so we can smile more, and I suppose Bill just felt that it was about time his pearly whites were, well, pearly white.
To be honest I hadn't really noticed anything wrong with his teeth, but then I hadn't spent many long happy hours gazing into his mouth. I'm just not that kind of bloke. Anyway, Bill told me that he was off to see his chosen dentist in Paddington, and that when I saw him again he would be unrecognisable. When I saw him again, he was just the same bloke I've known for years, and could see nothing different about him. But then he smiled, and his mouth opened.
I think it was at that point that my mouth opened too, but then suddenly rather self conscious of my gnashers, I shut it again. I'm not entirely sure which difference it was that shocked me more. Either it was the fact that his teeth looked sparkling white, and naturally healthy, or that he was actually smiling. It hadn't occurred to me before, but I don't think I ever saw Bill smile as much since that time he asked the waitress out for a bet and she said yes.
The experience set me thinking, because although I've been in the area for ages, I've never really looked around properly at the fact that almost any dentist in Paddington could restore my teeth to their natural whiteness, yet I've never bothered. Surrounded by many golden opportunities for teeth whitening in London I continue each and every day keeping my beige fangs to myself. But why not smile like Bill?
Being able to smile or laugh without feeling self confident, just grinning or laughing open mouthed with teeth sparkling is a wonderful feeling, and something we simply don't do enough of, primarily because we're sub consciously aware of the fact that our teeth are not as beautiful as they used to be. Laughter lines we can deal with, but teeth that look as though they've been soaking in an extra strong coffee overnight just don't convey a sense of health in anyone's book.
So if you're considering the idea of laughing or smiling, and would like to wipe the thin smile off your face and replace it with a bold, stunning grin, then why not pop into your local dentist and see how teeth whitening could transform your smile and your self confidence?
